Frank Alexander brings to the table a vast knowledge of the construction industry. In June 2006, Frank became the CEO of Marketing Partners, Inc., expanding the company’s offerings to the financial services industry through the creation of Marketing Partners/Integrated Facilities Solutions, LLC (MP/IFS).

Located in Bethlehem, PA, Anthony Construction, LLC serves as the primary subcontractor for MP/IFS, specializing in commercial building and renovations. Anthony Construction and its sister companies have completed hundreds of commercial and residential design/build projects throughout the Northeast region over the past 30 years.

Chris Minnich brings 30-plus years of experience and knowledge in the industry of Design/Build Construction to MP/IFS.

Chris started his career in architecture with Wallace and Watson Associates of Bethlehem, PA. Following his service as a Commissioned Army Officer, Chris continued in the construction business. Chris has successfully completed over 2,000 handicap-accessibility projects for the U.S. Postal Service under a design/build contract. This experience has given him the understanding and ability to allow businesses to remain in operation during construction by doing the work during off-hours.

In 2000, Chris entered into a 2-year assignment as a Consulting Director for HUD. He directed a $400 million budget, which was used to develop and build affordable public housing throughout the East Coast.

Chris has vast knowledge and experience in the building of institutional, financial, commercial, hotel, multi-family housing projects and working in the construction management environment. He brings integrity, experience, knowledge and the high standards our clients demand to MP/IFS.

Christine Minnich brings to MP/IFS over thirty years of experience and knowledge of interior fit-out design, space planning and furnishings.

Christine received her education at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and was immediately retained by Metro Design Center of Allentown, PA. After many years of experience, Christine elected to become an independent Design Consultant, successfully working with architects and businesses. Christine is certified by the National Council of Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) and is a member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID).

In the past decade, Christine has been engaged in successful large-scale developments throughout the United States, including institutional, financial and multi-housing projects. Christine works directly and personally with our clients, bringing her impressive level of experience and knowledge to the areas of interior design, space planning, office furnishing and fit-out.
